Improved Billing for all Shared Hosting Clients

Over the past ten years, our Shared Hosting Service has grown from a boutique offering for pioneering students and staff on the open web, to a power packed yet affordable package that thousands of customers have come to rely on. By hosting with us, our clients directly support our small independent edtech company and the work we do to champion open source technologies and open education practices.
An improvement to our Shared Hosting service this summer will make renewing your domain even easier as we introduce auto-renewals. This handy new feature will ensure that your domain doesn't expire and your website remains available without interruption when renewals fall due. This means that instead of receiving an invoice and making a manual payment, your payment method on file will be charged automatically each billing cycle. This update will help streamline your experience and ensure timely, hassle-free payments.
You don't need to take any action as these improvements will automatically be introduced for all Shared Hosting clients from June. For those clients who do not wish to be automatically charged, we will have an option to disable autobilling starting in June.
