Service update: Streamlining our payment processes

Managed Hosting and Domain of One's Own customers will notice some changes to their invoicing process in 2025. These changes have already gone into effect for some customers, but if you haven't received your renewal yet, here's what to look out for:
Updated bank details
Since January 2025 our bank details have changed, and you can easily find the updated information in payment emails and on invoices. Please let us know if your institution requires further information, so that we can ensure that your payment arrives in the correct account.
Separate invoicing system
We're splitting our Managed Hosting and Domain of One's Own invoicing to go through its own billing system. Our pre-existing billing system, while excellent, has its workflows geared towards Shared Hosting. The new system will make it easier to create streamlined, standardized renewals for MH and DoOO.
New look for invoices
The new invoicing system comes with a new look for DoOO and MH documents and emails, to distinguish them from Shared Hosting renewals. Their numbering system will also be separate from Shared Hosting invoices.
