• Priority Support with a 1-Hour Reply Guarantee - Even during peak support times, VIP customers receive a guaranteed response within one hour.
• Consultative Account Review - Consultative advice upon request that covers account usage, security posture, and performance insights.
• Malware Monitoring & Maintenance - Proactive scanning and response to security issues help keep your sites safe.
• Site Optimization & Elevated Resource Allocation - Enhanced caching, serving environments, and higher resource limits for faster, more stable sites.
• Free Migration Path - Free single site or cPanel migration from regular Shared Hosting to VIP Hosting. If your site ever outgrows VIP Hosting, we’ll provide a free migration if upgrading to Managed Hosting.
• Documentation - Available upon request (W-9, Certificate of Insurance, etc.).
• Invoicing Options - Will send manual invoices and accept POs and ACH Payments.
