We are excited to share that recordings from our radio event are now available:

Warm up tunes and chat with Special Guest Chahira Nouira

Welcome to your day at camp! We’re here to set the mood and kick off the day with great music and chat with our Special Guest Chahira Nouira! Many of you know Chahira not only from her work in Open EdTech, but also her vocal performances with the Max Funk Institute. We’re going to be chatting about our summer adventures and the Reclaim Student Showcase!

Edupunk? Come right in, and take a tour of the Bava Studio

Earlier this summer Jim Groom headed to OER Camp in Hamburg, Germany to deliver a keynote called “Is EDUPUNK Dead?”. Tune in to hear Jim and Jöran Muuß-Merholz discuss the talk in a podcast recorded in Hamburg this past June. You can read more about the preparation for the talk at ILTA on his blog. Read more about the keynote at https://bavatuesdays.com/punks-not-dead/

Radio Across Oceans: Clint Lalonde and Martin Weller

It wouldn’t be the DS106 Radio Summer Camp without a lot of good music, and we are excited to welcome Special Guests Clint Lalonde and Martin Weller to the airwaves for a “Radio Across Oceans” Special.  Clint hosts his regular Global Roots Radio, a weekly musical journey through traditional and contemporary music rooted in culture, story, and place; and Martin is about to publish his second horror novel.

Crafts, tunes and chat with Special Guest Meredith Huffman

We are so excited to welcome back Meredith, who is joining us for a chat about her new craft projects and we'll play some tunes, too! Meredith is a big part of Reclaim's story, and as we start our 14th (!!!) year, there's no one we would rather chat with on DS106 Radio.

More recordings coming soon!

There're a few recordings that are coming to our podcast network soon:

Retro Tech and Home Networking with Special Guest Phil Walker

At the ILTA Conference in Dublin Team Reclaim made a new friend, Phil Walker, and we discovered a joint interest in all things retro tech and home networking. In this session we welcome Phil to the DS106 Radio airwaves for a long overdue catch up, sharing some retro tech fun along the way.

Alexis Block hosts Faces of Reclaim with Laura Gibbs and Sam Hooper

Our new podcast, Faces of Reclaim, will officially launch September 29th, 2026 as a part of our new and improved Reclaim Podcast Network. In this session we have Special Guests Laura Gibbs and Sam Hooper join us for a live special, where we'll talk about the story behind their collaborative project: an open digital library of Latin texts that combines non-traditional readings, audio resources, and the open web to make Latin more engaging and accessible. This recording, the first episode of our new Faces of Reclaim podcast, launches on September 29th! From then on, new episodes will be released monthly. Learn more about Faces of Reclaim
