Major Upgrades to Domain of One's Own are coming this summer
We’re rolling out a new upgraded version of Domain of One’s Own this summer, and we're running dedicated sessions for admins to find out what's in store. The upgrades will offer admins centralized and simplified administration, easier updates, increased security and more freedom in how your instance is themed.
- Join us for an upcoming briefing session on June 10 (register)
- Head over to our knowledge base to take a look at the updated documentation.
- Look out for our communications to admins with more details and timelines closer to the time.
Domain of One's Own and Managed Hosting Admins security updates
As part of our continued improvement to how we both communicate and mitigate security risks across our infrastructure, we have set up this low-volume email list which we will only use to share critical admin and security updates. New subscribers can subscribe directly at https://blog.reclaimhosting.com .
Mid-Year 2026 PHP upgrades
Here is a quick reminder of upcoming changes, which will affect Shared Hosting customers, as well as sites hosted on Domain of One's Own and Managed cPanel servers. Removal of PHP 7.3 & 7.4: We are on track to fully remove PHP 7.4 from our cPanel servers by Mid-Year 2026. If you have a website on PHP 7.4 at the time of depreciation, your website will automatically move to the lowest version available.
See How Our Pricing Compares for Shared Hosting
We believe choosing a hosting provider shouldn’t require guesswork or hidden tradeoffs. That’s why we’ve put together this comparison: to give you a transparent look at how we stack up on both price and value.
